A pre-authorization link will be sent after the reservation is confirmed. Reservations will be canceled if it is not completed in time.

Online reservations require a credit card pre-authorization of NT$4,800 per guest. No charge will be made immediately.

Please inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking. We are unable to adjust the menu based on personal preferences.

The menu centers on seasonal seafood and meat. Vegetarian, ovo-lacto vegetarian, gluten-free, or no-seafood custom menus are not available.

The course is approximately half raw and half cooked dishes. A fully cooked course is not available, but light searing can be arranged if requested in advance.

Counter seating only. No private room is available.

Guests under 12 years old are not accommodated.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, with the exception of guide dogs.

The restaurant reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of natural disasters, government policy changes, or other force majeure circumstances.

Completion of a reservation constitutes acceptance of all policies.

For cancellations or changes to reservation time or guest count, please contact us online or by phone during business hours at least 7 days before the dining date, including the 7th day.

Cancellations made 1 to 5 days before the dining date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the menu price per guest. No refunds will be given.

The entire restaurant is non-smoking. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited.

Please refrain from wearing strong perfume, cologne, or any products with a powerful scent.

The course begins at 18:30. Seats will be held for 30 minutes.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, previously served dishes cannot be re-served, and unfinished dishes cannot be packed to go.

Dishes are designed to be enjoyed on site. For food safety reasons, raw items cannot be packed to go.

To ensure the best quality, the restaurant reserves the right to adjust the menu according to seasonal or ingredient availability.

A cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged for spilled drinks, vomiting, or other damage causing significant mess or property damage. Additional equipment damage will be charged separately.

The restaurant offers a curated selection of sake, champagne, red and white wine, beer, liqueurs, and soft drinks.

For outside beverages, one glass per guest is included with a corkage fee of NT300 per person. Additional glass changes are NT300 per glass.
